Avaya ACA Maintain Certification
The ACA Maintain credential is the entry into the Avaya Professional
Certification Program for Maintain. The Certification Program is a progressive
program: you must earn an ACA - Maintain, ACA - Design or ACA - Implement
credential prior to earning an ACS – Maintain credential.
An ACA – Maintain credential is earned by passing the Communication Networking
Exam along with a Maintain Elective Track:

The Communication Networking Exam evaluates the student’s basic knowledge of
telephony, data and networking.

A Maintain Elective Track measures the student’s knowledge of maintaining Avaya
products in a specific solution area.
Who Should Certify?
The ACA – Maintain credential is open to Avaya employees wishing to validate
core Maintaining skills and Avaya Maintain Methodologies. You may earn an ACA –
Maintain credential in one or more solution areas. Once you earn an ACA –
Maintain credential, you may then progress toward an ACS – Maintain credential.
