Avaya ACA Sell Certification
The ACA Sales credential is the entry into the Avaya Professional Certification
Program for Sales. The Certification Program is a progressive program: you must
earn an ACA Sales credential prior to earning an ACS – Sales credential.
An ACA – Sales credential is earned by passing the Sales Associate Core Exam
along with a Sales Solution Elective Track:

The Sales Associate Core Exam evaluates the student’s knowledge of core selling
skills and Avaya Sales Methodologies.

A Sales Solution Elective Track measures the student’s knowledge in one of the
following areas: IP Telephony, Unified Communications, Contact Centers,
Services, IP Office, INDeX or PARTNER ACS/MERLIN MAGIX.
Who Should Certify?
The ACA – Sales credential is open to Avaya employees and BusinessPartners
wanting to validate core selling skills and Avaya Sales Methodologies. You may
earn an ACA – Sales credential in one or more solution areas. Once you earn an
ACA – Sales credential, you may then progress toward an ACS – Sales credential.
