Avaya ACA Voice Services Certification
The ACA – Voice Services Management credential is the entry into the Avaya
Professional Certification Program for Voice Services Management. The
Certification Program is a progressive program: you must earn an ACA – Voice
Services Management credential prior to earning an ACS – Voice Services
Management credential.
An ACA – Voice Services Management credential is earned by passing the
Communication Networking Exam along with the Voice Services Management Elective
Track:
-
The Communication Networking Exam evaluates the student’s basic knowledge of
telephony, data and networking.
-
The Voice Services Management Elective Track validates the student's expertise
in Voice Services management with the utilizations of Avaya solutions as the
basis for developing skills and competencies.
Who Should Certify?
The ACA – Voice Services Management credential is aimed at executives and
managers working in the Voice Services field with an Avaya solution. Once you
earn an ACA – Voice Services Management credential, you may then progress
towards an ACS – Voice Services Management credential.
This Certification credential does not award a BusinessPartner points in the
Avaya BusinessPartner Certification Program. An individual from a
BusinessPartner company may earn this credential for their own personal
enrichment or for those performing Voice Management roles in their
organization. For further details on Professional Certifications included in
