Avaya ACS Implement Certification
The ACS - Implement credential is made up of the Specialist – Communication
Implementation Core Exam and one of the Specialist Level Implementation
Elective Exams such as the IP Telephony Implementation Elective Exam.
The Specialist-Communication Implementation Core Exam is the foundation of the
ACS Implementation credential. This exam covers topics in provisioning,
implementing, and administering single-site and simple multi-site integrated
voice and data solutions.
Specialist Elective Exams cover in-depth Avaya product and integrated solutions
knowledge. Candidates must have a thorough understanding in implementing a
solution for the specified product. The Implementation Elective exams are
