Avaya ACS Maintain Certification
Avaya is pleased to introduce the ACS – Maintain credentials. A series of new
Specialist-level Maintain exams supporting these credentials will initially be
available as Beta exams. When finalized, these exams combined with an ACA –
Implement or ACA – Design credential will make up the new ACS – Maintain
certification tracks.
The Specialist – Maintain exams will validate that the successful candidate has
important knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a multi-vendor converged
and/or integrated solution for an enterprise customer. The candidate will
utilize knowledge and experience involving IP Networks and industry-standard
tools as well as acumen around the various Avaya solution portfolios.

Who Should Certify?
The Avaya Maintain Certification Program is targeted to all Avaya Maintain
associates as well as select Avaya BusinessPartners and customers.
