Avaya ACS Sell Certification
An ACS – Sales credential is earned by passing the Sales Specialist Core Exam
along with the Communication Networking Exam. The Convergence Technologies
Professional (CTP) exam available through TIA may be substituted for the
Communication Networking Exam.
The Avaya Professional Certification Program for Sales is a progressive
program: you must earn an ACA – Sales credential prior to earning an ACS –
Sales credential.
Please be aware that if you complete all requirements for the ACS – Sales
credential, but have not earned an ACA – Sales credential, you will not be
awarded the ACS – Sales credential until you have first earned an ACA – Sales
credential.
Who Should Certify?
The ACS – Sales credential is open to Avaya employees and Business Partners
seeking to validate their ability to apply sales skills and Avaya solution
knowledge to solve real-life scenarios. This credential emphasizes consultative
selling of total Avaya solutions.
