Avaya Certification Sales Track Objectives
The ACA – Sales candidate will possess a broad knowledge of Avaya products. An
ACA – Sales will know the scope of Avaya solutions in terms of the hardware and
software that comprises the product. The Associate will not have in-depth
knowledge of the solutions. Self-directed learners who access product
documentation, white papers, marketing collateral, and training will gain this
knowledge.
