2005 developing the iVision Test Engine and Author Tool as well as this
website. We are actively seeking authors for Practice Certification Tests
and Information based E-Books and E-Booklets. Since our strategy is to
grow the site by attracting authors, we are beginning the process of putting
the word out with just a few products.
You can rest assured, we are working on it.
How do you collect your products?
We have associations with affiliate writers who write on subjects that are of
interest to them and on which they have expertise. Before a product makes it to
our site, it is carefully reviewed for quality and content. Only when it meets
our high standards, will a product be made available to you.
What is the goal of the site?
Our goal is to amass the largest collection of information-based products
available anywhere. We want to provide a vehicle for authors with valuable
information to share to get into the self-publishing game. We handle the
mundane aspects of making an info product available to the world so our authors
can concentrate on creating more and better products.
We want to create a living breathing aggregation of quality information
availbale immediately for Free or a nominal fee from anywhere in the world.
What if I don't like a product?
We try to provide as much information about a product as possible to enable you
to make an informed decision about buying the product before you hand over your
money. We make every effort possible to ensure that the products we offer are
of the highest quality possible in both content and presentation.
As a result, we are proud to offer an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee
for all of our products. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your
money. All you have to do is agree to delete the product from your computer and
pay a small processing fee.
How do I go about buying a Practice Certification Test?
In order to get started in the world of iVision Certification tests, you need
to perform the following steps:

Download the iVision test engine. It's free and you can find it
here

Download the Practice test that interests you.

Install the iVision test engine on your computer. For system requirements
click here

Install the test on your computer. You must install the iVision Test Engine
first.

Evaluate the test. When you download and install a practice test, it comes with
all of the questions available at install time. You can evaluate the test by
using all of the features of the iVision Test Engine. The only restriction is
that the tests are limited to a short number of questions - usually around 10.

If you like the test and want to purchase it, simply select the Register option
from the Test menu within the iVision Test Engine software and you will be
guided through the purchasing process. You must have an active Internet
connection in order to purchase a test.
I see that you use Paypal for your payment processing.
Does that mean I have to have a Paypal account in order to do business with
Info2Use.com?
In short, No. You will need to complete the standard general information like
your name and address that would be required by any online merchant. At this
point the transaction will look like any other Credit Card transaction on the
Internet. At the end of the process you will have an option to save the
information you just submitted. This will automatically create a Paypal account
for you using the information you just supplied.
I have sent you emails and I get no reply. What's up?
We do everything possible in our registration process to ensure that you have a
valid email address before you can purchase a product. Since our system is
based on email, it is essential that we have a valid address for you.
We have recently experienced a few problems with Yahoo addresses. Customers
have made inquiries using a Yahoo account and are unable to receive our replies
- even after repeated attempts.
Rest assured that if you send us ANY kind of email or support request, we WILL
respond within a few hours. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours
(extremely rare), please resend with additional contact email addresses and /
or phone numbers.
I register with the site, but I get no confirmation
email. What's up?
We do everything possible in our registration process to ensure that you have a
valid email address before you can purchase a product. Since our system is
based on email, it is essential that we have a valid address for you.
When you click the submit button on the registration page an email will be sent
to the address you provide within 5 to 30 seconds. This is no guarantee that
you will receive it that quickly. Of course, this depends on your email server.
But, you should receive the confirmation email within 5 - 10 minutes at the
outside. If you don't receive it, there is something wrong with the email
address or your account.
Why don't I get an immediate email with my activation
code when I pay with an ECheck?
Our system automatically sends the confirmation email with your activation code
when we receive a notification from PayPal that the payment has cleared. When
paying with an ECheck, this process can take up to 7-10 days depending on where
you are located and how PayPal deals with your bank. This process is ENTRIRELY
up to PayPal and we can do nothing to expedite it.
Please be patient and confident that the confirmation email will be sent within
seconds of our receipt of confirmation of payment clearing from PayPal.
