What version of Windows are you running?
Do you have the .NET Framework 1.1 or greater installed on your machine?
The iVision Test engine requires that Microsoft's .NET framework be installed in order to run. For more information on how to validate that you have the .NET framework 1.1 or higher click here.
Have you successfully downloaded and installed the iVision test engine?
You can validate this by starting the iVison Engine and making sure that you get the full screen rendition of the engine without an error message.
Have you successfully downloaded and installed the test you purchased?
You can validate this by successfully starting the iVision test engine and looking in the Tests: dropdown list box on the tool bar. If you see your test, you have installed it successfully.
Can you view the evaluation questions for the test you purchased?
You can validate this by selecting Take Current Test from the Test menu. You should be presented with the evaluation questions for your test.
Did you recieve a confirmation email from Info2use.com with your PayPal key in it?
Perhaps you used a different email address for PayPal registration that you used to register with info2use.com?
Have you selected Register from the Test menu and entered your PayPal key and received an 'Error creating key' message?
Are you sure you used the correct PayPal key in the info2use confirmation email? Typos?
If you have received the 'Error creating key' message when attempting to register, are you sure you were connected to the Internet when you attempted registration?
Are you attempting to register this test on a machine that sits behind a corporate firewall?
Normally, our users experience no difficulty in registering behind a firewall, however, a few companies have things locked down in a way that prevents our registration process from contacting the info2use.com server.
